We are each unique beings living in a complex world. At times our experiences, demands, and stressors may leave us feeling drained, disconnected, stressed, anxious, and/or depressed. I have an extensive range of experience in working with all walks of life and helping clients overcome whatever challenges they are experiencing. I have experience working within inpatient and outpatient settings and I have experience in working with a variety of experiences, conditions, and/or disorders. I am passionate about helping individuals overcome their trials and tribulations, anxiety, depression, traumatic and adverse life events, chronic pain, life transitions and challenges, grief, and loss. I work from a variety of different therapeutic approaches including a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, Person-Centered Approach, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), and I take on a holistic and wellness approach. I am committed to ensuring that each client is heard and valued and is provided with empathy, genuineness, humility, positive-regard, and compassion.
